Thinking of Lasik? I had mine done 2 years ago and it was the best decision I made. Dr. Sudarshan and his staff really took their time in explaining the procedure and making sure I was ready for it. There was no pressure or hassles so after wearing glasses for 33 years I decided that enough was enough. I was still a little hesitant…what was stopping me? The UNKNOWN! The procedure took less than 5 minutes, Dr. Sudarshan and his staff did an awesome job in keeping me calm and by the time I knew it…it was over. But the best thing was seeing the clock 10 feet away and seeing the time, WITHOUT glasses!

I just recently got my iLasik surgery done with Dr. Sudarshan. After wearing glasses for 21 years of my life I had been fet up with all the problems that come with wearing glasses. I am very active in sports and they would always fall off or get fogged up when I get out of an air conditioned car. Now being able to see my alarm clock in the morning or go to bed watching TV is great! The surgery was pain free and so quick it’s not an inconvenience at all. I was very impressed with Dr. Sudarshan and his team during the procedure, they were so professional and they made me feel comfortable. In December of 2005, our then 11 year old son underwent eye surgery for strabismus. Dr. Sudarshan performed the surgery; he did an excellent job. We had previously gone to a different doctor for a consultation, but after dealing with several clerical mistakes and a disorganized staff, we lost confidence in their abilities and felt we needed to find a different doctor. We went to Dr. Sudarshan’s office and immediately noticed a great difference. His staff was friendly, knowledgeable and informative, and his office facility was very clean and orderly. We so appreciated Dr. Sudarshan’s professionalism, thoroughness, optimism, and the time he took to answer our many questions. We left his office with a renewed sense of hope that our son would be taken care of properly. Dr. Sudarshan also recommended that surgery be done on only one eye (the one that turned out at times) with the hope that the other eye would straighten out on its own. We agreed with that decision, and it turned out to be the right one, for to this day, our son is able to look straight ahead and fix his gaze directly before him with both eyes working in perfect order. The other doctor had wanted to do surgery on both eyes - who only knows what the outcome would have been. On the day of surgery, everything was done in an orderly and professional way. We felt very clear with everything that had gone on and Dr. Sudarshan answered all our questions, making himself available to us once we had taken our son home. Recovery time was quick, and a follow up visit with Dr. Sudarshan confirmed that all had gone according to plan and expectation. We thank God Almighty for his healing power, guidance, and protection he provided our son during that difficult time in our lives. We also thank God for giving Dr. Sudarshan the wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and ability to work on the human eye. We are also thankful for Dr. Sudarshan’s professionalism and commitment to having a well trained staff – it sure did help relieve some the overwhelming concern we had at that time in our lives. My right eye turned out at times. My parents took me to Dr. Sudarshan. He told my parents I needed surgery. I was scared, but my family prayed for me and Dr. Sudarshan answered all of their questions. Dr. Sudarshan did the surgery and now I am able to see a lot better. Everything used to look kind of flat, but now everything is dimensional and with depth. My sight is good. I made a clay model of the eye as my family and I learned about the surgery; I gave it to Dr. Sudarshan as a thank you. I am thankful to God and Dr. Sudarshan for helping my eye look straight.
